got my first ski-sj

I bought it from a someone in NC b/c I went to SC this weekend.
1996 SJ
760cc
Ported cylinder and ported group k head
2 48mm buckshot carbs w/ flame arrestors
riva ride plate
bilet bmi steering system
aluminum pole w/ connects te handlebar+steering
R&D pipe
A stand

He had a 1991 stock SJ w/ just a ride plate for sale for 800$. The one I bought will need a paint job b/c of some spidering cracks of the paint and some chips. It also needs that plastic padding thing that goes on top of the steering b/c the plastic tabs broke off it. I rode the 91 sj and the 96 before deciding. Never rode a stand up so it was kind of hard. I was kneeling most of the time. It was so freaking cold even w/ the wet suit.
