got my SXR smashed up

According to the video I rolled the ski left after hitting a roller on the start, I then got T-boned on the sweeper start. I dont remember too much past the 2nd turn of the start. The other rider is OK with front end damage to his ski. I went to the trama center at the Wichita, KS ER room. All is well though, nothing broken just bad whip lash and lacerations/bruising.

The hull is toast for a racing application, although I thing it can be fixed OK for rec riding.

Glad your OK though. Skis are easier and cheaper to fix that us humans.

5 more in the garage, but none of them are mine!

Jeff Wright has been more then generous to offer me the use of his spare hull for the rest of the season. I need to move all the mechanical stuff from my ski to his and I should be good to go for Nashville. I'll wait too see what Kawi steps up with in 08 before I decide what new ski to get.

I am sure cosmetically I can make it look good. However, with the stress cracks on the other side of the hull I am not sure how it will ride. I have ridden SXR's that have never been the same after a crash like that.

We have the technology. We have the capability to build the world's first bionic sxr. Jeremy will ride that SXR. Better than it was before. Better, stronger, faster.

Glad to see your lucid and pain-free enough to type, styno! That was a hella-bad crash. Trouble is, I don't think the other guy's took much of a beating
