GP760x idle issues

I recently rebuilt my ski a gp760x and am having issue with the ski attempting to idle...
I have adjusted the idle screw and have tried raising and lowering it to get it to remain idle.

It will idle for 10-12 seconds with the hose hooked up but anything past that the ski dies off and starts to struggle cranking again. 6seconds later messing with open/closed carbs the ski will crank again and repeat the process.
pistons and cranks are brand new only thing not replaced on rebuild where the carbs
Any ideas on what might be the issue here?
thinking it may be the starter relay as the batter had trouble maintaining a charge before but, would love a second opinion before throwing more parts at the ski.

was the motor pressure tested for leaks after it was rebuilt? neither the battery or starter relay would cause it not to idle. After it dies what do the plugs look like?

figured it out the ski wasn’t building up enough pressure in the tank to run properly, swapped it to reserve and the ski is running idle perfectly normal now...
Potential pickup has a crack or needs more gas will figure out tomorrow when I fill the tank

A quick update on this one in the off chance someone else has the same issue it was struggling to pull power as someone sold us a defective stator

Pics attached of the damage to the defective stator
It also melted bolts holding the stator down and bent the safety brackets a full 90 degrees
bolts are supposed to be hex.... LOL
