Had a question on lowering sj exhaust

Was wondering what the deal is with lowering the exhaust in the rear of a superjet.

#2, why do you want to lower the exhaust?

Just widened a try on a buddys ski. He made some pie/wedge cts in the exhaust tube so it runs low and then curves up at the front to go through the bulkhead. No 90 deg bends, very somooth.

I'm not sure what you mean. The only thing I can think of is the tube inside the gunwale and lowering it to clear the right foothold if you move it forward much.
