SX/SXi/SXi Pro Head very hott helpppp

OK put an ada alum billet head on my 94 750sx put a bigger outlet next to stock for more water flow one problem the water is very hot coming out and the head is very hot to the touch is this normal what can I do to make it cooler am i damaging the head help this is all new for me thanks
