Super Jet hello my ski

hello this is my ski its a 1994 superjet never had a spanner on the engine. apart from spark plugs and carby kit its sat in my mates shed four ten years until a few months ago when i got it .have been having some fun on it .its got the 6m6 engine .

its been in a shed all the time and turned over with oil down the plugs .it took a bit to clean it out when i got it. few plug changers .he wanted to keep it but with young kids and wife he dont get to ride it .i was going to put a maxi loader scoop gate on it and cut the d in the ride plate .also going to port it soon and some reeds .with the 6m6 engine when i look four gaskits it keeps coming up as a 93 is that right or do i just get 94

90-93 had a 6m6(650 cc)
94-95 had a 61X(701 cc)single carb
96-up had a 62T(701cc) dual carb with 61X cylinder




Looks like a clean stocker.

I have a set of dual carbs, manifold and fiberglass reeds for a 650. pm me for details if you are interested.

yeah that's not a 94. 1994 was the 1st year for the 701cc 61x/61x defiantly get the 93 gaskets they are made for that 6m6 motor.

thanks fellers been tearing my hair out trying to work what i got want to get some parts together befour winter.the number on the back off the hull is yama1077f394 thats why i was thinking it was a 94 .is the maxiloader a good grate thanks ian

could have had the vins swapped out or a motor swap done.

How big is the midshaft housing. That will tell you if its a 90-93 hull or a 94-95 hull

the 94-95 uses the larger housing like a Roundnose does. 90-93 uses a smaller one

i got bilege pump bracket coming 4 a 94 so i will see if it fits ive been trying to pm you but it wont work

its a 93 the bracket i got four the bilge pump will not fit will have to find a bracket four a 93 thanks again .
