Help! Carb issue...

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for the help.

Just bought a 800sxr and took it out for a test drive. Ran perfectly! Next day I went to pick it up and drive it to the dock (was kept on a lake). This is when I ran into a issue. It would start perfectly, but ideal weird and if I hit the gas it would sound like it was bogging and not pick up speed. After a few seconds it would then run perfectly. If I turn off the ski, same problem every time. When I got it home I started to work on it. Changed battery and spark plugs as well as put new gas in it. That didn't fix anything. I talked to a few people and they all agree it was the carb and it should do a rebuild. So I did and that went well. I put the cab back on and it started perfectly with no issues! Then I killed it, let it sit for about 5min and started back up. Issue came back! I then took the carb off again to see if I missed anything and then took off the intake as well to clean it. The intake was damn near perfect. Cleaned it anyways and put everything back on. Started perfectly! Then I let it sit again, same issues. I took the carb off a 3rd time. This time I took it apart to and went over all the gaskets and stuff (basically another rebuild with the same stuff). Put it back on, started perfectly then I let it sit, same issue....

Im at a complete loss... I've got no idea whats causing this. The only thing I didnt replace was the bobbers but they were clean and I cleaned them my self fo good measure. They are moving with no isses. I've checked the pipes for leaks, nothing.

If anyone has ANY idea, I'm all ears!
