Help Id these parts?

I have three parts I cant find any info on. I bought a ski and it had a couple boxes of heads, carbs, cylinders, grates, props, manifolds blah blah blah with it. These three were in a box the ski and I dont know if I should keep or sell them to help fund my build

The first is a dual intake manifold, it says R&D on it. Is this for top, low end or possibly just junk???

Second is a cdi with a protec sticker on it. Cant turn anything up on search, protecs webiste does not say anything about it.

Third is what I think is a intake grate but has no fins or anything, never seen one like this before, but it may be like a racing grate with no stuffer or sumthin.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I cant tell much from the CDI or intake grate picture because they are so fuzzy. The first picture is of an R&D dual carb manifold for a 61x 701 bottom end like on the 94-95 SJ engines. I have one just like it in a box somewhere. If the CDI has an adjuster on the front side then it is a modified stock CDI with adjustable rev limit.

It's a Pro-Tec modified CDI. It's a stock CDI with the rev limit either removed or it's adjustable.

Yeah the cdi has a little potentiometer thing on it. Maybe I can throw it one ebay. Is the intake any good, or just throw it on ebay?

If you want to sell it, what do you want for it? I have a couple of stock CDI's that I want to mod, but I am too lazy.
