Super Jet Help me diagnose my SJ!

This started happening out of nowhere. There weren't any kind of mods or changes when it started. Ski was running perfect for months, then one day while riding, it started to run very poorly. It felt like it was running rich, but spark plugs had a perfect tan/brown color. At the time, ski only had a ltd bpipe.

I checked the ski completely, from electrical connections to pipe couplers to carbs. Water lines were ok also, not clogged. Everything looked fine. I had a brand new ADA head laying around, so I took the chance and removed the stock head to take look at the pistons, and everything was ok, then I put the ADA head on.

The next ride, the ski worked perfectly for around 30 mins, then it started to do the same thing, running like crap. The change was sudden, out of nowhere it started running awful. I added a ground cable from the battery to the head, to rule out a bad ground connection. Still the same. I thought it was overheating, since it ran somewhat hotter than normal, but even after more than an hour letting it cool, problem persisted. So I went home.

Next 2 rides were exactly the same, at the beginning of the day, ski ran perfect, but after some time, it started doing the same thing. At first it was intermittent, running perfect, then the next second it ran like crap, then good again, and then bad for the rest of the day. Just in case, I installed MSD plug boots. Still the same. I opened the ebox, it was brand new, no water intrusion at all. Carbs were also clean, no clogs or anything.

Right now im out of ideas on what to check next. Maybe something is failing when it gets wet?

I appreciate your help a lot.

check the overheat sensor, if it shorts out it will run like crap. Most disconnect the pink wire in the ebox to eliminate it.

Its not that lean but shows sign of blow by indicating to me it was long overdue for a top end.
