I got my fx1 on the trailer by myself from the ground yesterday and im a skinny 130 lbs... All the guys saying to leave it hitched arent too smart. Leverage is your friend

That's exactly why I don't post over there anymore. That site went from bad to worse. Has anyone else seen all the drama with "seatsR4toilets" aka "seats" over there? Once he started "contributing" to that site it really went down the chitter fast.

wow....I can't count how many 18+ft Princecraft deep V's I've reeled onto a trailer from the ground by just winching the trailer up to the boat and lifting the tongue to get the bunks under the bow. The winch does the rest of the work...it's nothing to do the same thing with a pwc and you just walk with the trailer as you reel until you pass the balance point, then push down on the trailer and finish the reel...so easy. You're all right about that site though, that site has gone down hill a lot, even just within the last year or so. I know SJ is the ski of choice by most but at least here we're all civilized toward someone (like me) that can't make the magical swap from out of the air like they all expect on that site. Little things like that and how they're always slamming guys for the most insignificant things add up quickly over there...leaves a bitter taste to want to go back :ugh2:

Why not I loaded my ski onto the back of the truck this way three days ago,it works fine,my theory is if something has an engine with which to propel it self with then why the hell do I want to lift or push it?:bigeyes:
