Help needed to identify

this stain in the bottom of a Waveraider that I just bought. I thought it was an oily residue due to the raider having the auto oil injection however I have tried, acetone, grease lightening, microbe, dawn, gasoline, super clean degreaser to get it off and I've really do not see much progress. If its not due to oil, what could it be? I thought maybe some mildew and tried some Clorox and water but nothing. Was told the JS has been sitting for a few years inside and more recently outside. Any ideas?

Looks like oil has soak into the fiberglass/resin over the years and stained it permanently. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yep, petroleum products leach into resin.

So I guess there is nothing I can do about it? With the oil in there, I am guessing paint will not stick either??

If you rough it up well and use primer before painting.
