I need some help.....I checked the threads on tech, but none of them applied. I have my motor and e box out of the ski. I have power from the battery to solenoid. Nothing happens when you hit start stop (yes the start stop is good) so I try to bridge the solenoid to turn starter and nothing happens...... So I changed solenoid, and same thing. Anyone know what's happening??? Or got any ideas??

Do you have power to the starter, when you hit the start button? Test light lights up?

Sounds like either the positive cable has broken clean off where the bend is on the eyelet connector at the starter, or the brushes are burnt out, or the starter is toast. If the electronics part is working, and the solenoid clicks properly with the right voltage throughput, no issues with the start/stop then the only thing left is the starter and high tension lead connecting it.

Might be just the brushes in the starter, easy fix.
