Blaster help snapped engine mount bolt off flush in brass insert

have tried grinding a groove but wont budge , thought about hole cutting the brass insert out and epoxing a ss bolt in but what shape is the insert ? just a cylinder ?? thanks

Would it be possible to drill a hole in the broken off bolt and use an extractor? Maybe soak it in PB Blaster for a day to help loosen it up?

^ this. i snaped a pump bolt off, fliped the ski, soaked it in aerokroil penetrating oil then used an extractor.

wire weld a larger nut, thru the nut hole , to the top of the snapped bolt and spin it out. the heat from the weld will let it back right out. thats how i do it and it always works.

agreed 100%.... thebuzzard knows!!! and IMO, no "penetrating oil" can touch this http://www.loctitefreezeandrelease.com/ bout $12/can from my supplier, but worth every penny. we use it ALL the time and we run into more siezed bolts that you could ever imagine....
