300/440/550 Help- What Years were the Right Side Exhaust made?

I'm looking for a like new (wish brand new) right side exhaust js440 or js550 .

What years did they make the right side exhaust hulls? I know they made the 550's from 1987-1989 but not sure about the 440's?


Also if anyone knows a Fresh Water Only right side exhaust skis that are For Sale and that are in awesome shape please let me know, I'm willing to pay to ship to Florida!!

1973 thru 1985 400/440/550 has the donkey dick hanging off the left front panel. 1986 thru 1989 440/550 has the right side exhaust below the rail and the 1990 thru 1995 440/550 has the rear exhaust.

I found this 1988 brochure of a 440 and it looks like left side exhaust..

I have a 1988 440, and it had the exhaust on the left front. Previous owner glassed over the hole and ran a rear exhaust, but I can see clearly where the old hole was for it.

Maybe it was the 550 that had it on the right?
