I need some help with fixin my cooling lines so I can watertest my ski tmrw. I swaped a 62T 701 completely stock into a 650 SN hull. So the engine has the stock head and exahust on it. Here is a picture of the way I have it routed now and when I ran it on a hose I dont think the engine was getting much water, just the exahust and the pisser getting alot of water too..... Whats you suggestions guys

I should have mentioned before, I have clear cooling lines installed and there wasnt much of any water flowing out of the head line... Thats mainly why im worried.

Alright then Ill give it a shot then tmrw. I have the thermal sensor switch connected so I "should" be ok if the engine begans to overheat... But just in case what are some signs that its not cool enough... Besides the pisser not being warm.

another thing if you didn't tear down the engine at all, i had sand stuck in my my cylinders from my last ride im sure that could clog up the cooling system.

if you have an extra head gasket it might be worth the look to see the cooling jacket.

I just built this motor and everything looked good. I'm thinking maybe the fact the water was coming in right next to the exhaust line (not the main line) that the engine would not get the same water from the pump...?
