Custom/Hybrid Help with alignment

All the sudden in my bob i started to have a rattling noise coming from my pump area I did have to pull the back two bolts out of the pump that's mounts it to the hull. It didn't have any shims to begin with. It was fine before I did this what could have changed. Now it sounds like a sea doo with a wore out wear ring. What's the first thing to check. Thanks Chase

Did you check pump bearings? Impeller ? Wear ring? Check splines on driveline
I would pull pump and check through it all!

It was all new when I assembled the ski this winter I haven't even rode it yet.

Is it making that noise with the two back bolts out ?
