Help

Can someone enlighten me and tell me what this is and how to put it back in i put it back one and rode for about 5 minutes then it blew off again

That's a pulse fitting. It transmits crankcase pressure to the diaphragm pump on your carburetor. If it is blowing off then you have a serious problem until you get it fixed. It's a press fit fitting, but you may be able to use epoxy or silicone to hold it in. It looks like you have two pulse fittings, but I don't know if your carbs each use one without a further out picture. If you do have a pulse fitting for each carb, it needs to be fixed immediately. Otherwise, you'll starve that cylinder for fuel and roast it.

The best fix is going to be to pull the carbs so you can get at it , get some Loctite sleeve retainer, coat the fitting with it and drive the fitting back into the case solidly with a brass punch or a drift, you need a good straight shot at it to do this which is why I say remove the carbs, let the Loctite cure , reinstall the hose and go ride. Red loctite would also work but sleeve retainer is a more permanent fix.
