Here i am after a 5 year break

Sold off all my ski's and couldn't help myself.
Currently has a 750 big pin with small pin topend.
looks to be a single sbn44 could be a 46 haven't measure it.

The whole ski will be gone through this winter.

As for motor still up in the air if I go crazy or just do normal rebuild.

Pumps bearings are noisy as crap so gonna have to get into that. Not sure on prop.

Alright here is the scoop.

Engine is now taken all the way down.
Crank is rusted and locked on one rod
Case has a small crack. Looks like it tossed a rod. The last rebuilder used it. Kinda wild. Doubt it passed a pressure test.

1 piston was stuck. That was fun removing hahaha.

For starters. Replacement case is on the way.

Looks like a 750 small pin cylinder set @.25 over On a big pin bottom.
Sbn 46 single

Dang that sucks. small pin cylinder with big pin bottom and a 46mm sounds like a fun combo in an X2. Hopefully Action Figure Tim did not sell it as a good engine.

Ya he never said it ran lol. I knew the risk

I do have another case that just showed up today

Cylinders going out to my local machinist. He's done all my engine stuff for the last 10 years. Never knew he did 2 stroke until I called him.

Hopefully this weekend I will have some pics to toss up.

Pump rebuild, carb rebuild kits here as well.

As for carb stuff anyone have any jet sizes I should have on hand to tune this thing up?

I will be getting ahold a pop off tester and crank pressure tester shortly.

Funny how I got rid of all my ski stuff but I still had a prop removal tool and flywheel puller hahaha.
