I'm using IE7.0 and I see the cool new backgrounds. are you using 2 different browsers on 2 different log-in accounts (on your computer)?


If that fixes it, charlie has to turf my next ski

Hit F5 on a page and see if that shows it up. It's a CSS change and browsers cache that so they may not have picked up the change yet.
