They have an option for just the lift assembly to use a different cart.

If you already have a cart, but you want to be able to transport your cart easily by using your hitch receiver, then our Lift Assembly is the perfect solution. Will work on any brand cart that is up to 23" wide and uses a 2" receiver. Weight Capacity is 350 lbs.

No tools are needed to make the conversion, just a few minutes of your time. The balloon tires also allow the Hitch-N-Go Cart to maintain it’s 350 lb weight rating.

I had once looked into this but stopped because harbor fright discontinued them. Would have just made a bed load easier because I don't think it was deigned to have the weight during transport, only supported while loading. Not having to take bed space with the cart is appealing. The preceding posts look interesting.

Yeah, seems like the frame might now work great with a SJ or B1. I didn't see those accessories listed on that page but that cart is displayed with rod holders and tackle station, or something like that they called it.

Maybe just the life mechanism with the harbor freight cart with bunks on it could work.
