i saw one of those a few months ago in better shape on ebay. Some people I tell ya jus have no idea what they are selling. I saw a sea-doo 580 head pipe selling at 129 buy it now.

Yeah... It's rare. It was also rumored to rarely run as designed. Is it worth $1500? Nope.

I was sponsored by a company that was marketing/selling them called Dycorp, I used them on my race 550's and blew them up a lot until I figured out how to make them live. It took 112 octane w/200 lbs of cranking compression, set the timing to 18 degrees, and the biggest trick to keep it from seizing with the dual cooling lines, was to set it up with .010 thou of piston clearance!! I had a rider that won all but one race in a 16 race season after I found out how to keep the 550 from seizing the piston a couple laps into the race...If your going to run this pipe on pump gas YOU MUST USE STOCK COMPRESSION HEAD and run .008 piston to wall clearance. This pipe by far was the most HP I ever made over any single pipe I tried to run, but not fun to install, like a puzzle, this before this and you needed to do that before this....so I do have to say It was the pipe that made me a little crazy, but won races like no other!
