thats where i stayed last year, it was nice, 2nd floor, ocean view, it was great, ill be staying there this year aswell

the rooms aren't so cheap anymore... stayed there last year and I won't stay there for the rates they are asking now.

oceanfront rooms 65.00 a night..... ocean front efficiency 71 a night......

not sure how much cheaper you want to go than that

so its on the 15th this year, yea the coral is hella nice and cheap, i loved it last year, close to the party but still enough away to be ok with resting time, lol

Munkie and I just booked our rooms. Full kitchen, shower, + shower head and no mold, beach front view, 2 master beds etc etc status pimp.$244 thursday-sunday. Super excited. I will stay any where but that dump called makai.
