Anyone know what the size of the black hose is going from the factory strainer to the thru-hull fitting next to the pump? The fitting seems to be about 1/2", but I can't tell for sure.

It's a 3/8 line. Or more accurately 9.5mm

The hose from the fitting to the pump nozzle is 3/8, but the one inside the hull is a bit larger.

Both lines coming from the back of the hull are 3/8.

Dirty hes right on the blasters they are bigger. the blaster and sj are different. i found that out when i went to dual cool my blaster.
but to answer your question wrx dave i think you are right that they are 1/2". but im not 100%

Looks like it's either 1/2" or 5/8". I'm hoping someone will have the hose laying around and can measure it. If not I'll probably just buy a few feet of each and see which one works.

Can you sneak a caliper down there? Maybe slide a 12pt socket that fits the tightest and measure that? Gotta be a way you can figure it out without relying in a bunch of clowns like us X'ers...
