I have a Rickter Fs1 with a RRP pole. My understanding is that air can only enter through the pole (or a leaky hood seal). It seems that I get a lot of water in the engine compartment when I do traditional F/S (hood tricks, etc.). Anyone have innovative tips or tricks for keeping water out while still allowing engine to breathe? Any super awesome hood seal options? I'm considering splitting a hose and installing it on the hood to "squish" it into the factory Yam hood seal. I'm surprised a boat designed by a freestyler lets in so much water. Any ideas?
