How get registration in ca?

So I just got a WDK ROK –r wanting to get it registered from DMV under custom built how you are going about this what is the easiest way?

Register it as a homebuilt through CA DMV. They will want receipts for the hull and parts.

Invent-a-vin, make one close to what a superjet has and it won't come up in the system. BAM! Then say it's a 2014 yami and pay your $30 or whatever and you're set

Huh i dont agree . Go to DMV with reciepts tell them it home built fib alittle on what you paid to get taxes reduced a bit bite the bullet pay the man and Bam you get CF #s registration and a title in a few weeks Its gonna cost more than 30$ probly 10times that
