300/440/550 how many turns out should needles be on 440? what is west coast?

There are two neadals on my 440 Darb that you can screw by hand. How many turns should they bough be they are 13 half turns on left one and 15 half turns on rite? Also on the top plate of carburater that one that is held on by three alan wrenches it says west coast what is west coast

seat them, then back them out 2 turns then adjust in from there.

they will be 1 to 1.5 turns out when adjusted.

west coast was an aftermarket parts co. that is likely part of and aftermarket "air cleaner" but i'd have to see what you are talking about to be sure.

Ok so turn them all the way in until can't be turned any. d more and adjust back from there cause they we're backed out like t five turns when I test drove it and it would only go like five mph

that is way too far. that would be why its bogging
