How much foam

Going to order some foam tomorrow. How much will in need to refill my SJ. I dug out all the factory foam and now I need to refill it. Is 4lb ok?

i would order it from us composites. i used 3lb for my sxi pro and it took 2 of the "4lb kits" part:[SIZE=-1]FOAM-0304[/SIZE]
idk about the sj tho....

I bought my foam on Ebay for like $35. Just poured it today actually. Came with UScomposits stickers on the cans.

4 lb, just get a gallon kit from us composites.

Remember it expands to 20x its original mixed amount.. I learned while doing footholds on my sx that a little goes more than a long way..... I had a friggin geyser of foam blowing out of the hole... Literally... I would guess the 2 qt of each would be more than enough.. so what Crab said... he is the man and know it all! haha sorry contributing to big head syndrome...

Problem is waste if you haven't done it before, better to have extra. And if you want to store the extra for a while, wipe the lids clean after each use and displace the oxygen with some co2 or other inert gas or the hardener (dark) will crystallize.

I agree on the waste... haha I wasted that round... ALOT! It throws you off and doesn't do much then suddenly WHAM it goes nuts after a few min... kind of exciting..
