How much psi do you think is in the cooling lines?

I'm looking at using a lighter more flexible type of pvc hose for my cooling lines and want to make sure that they can handle it without bursting

How thin are you thinking? I don't see there being more the 10 PSI ever in a cooling system....It is always free flowing

Ok cool, the line I want to use is rated for 30psi, i'll try it on the top sections of the cooling lines

Get the OEM tubing (choose NEOPRENE tubing in the link below) it is extremely flexible, and be done with it. pvc air hose just doesn't last and gets brittle.

don't use pvc, it gets brittle. OEM cooling line is the Neoprene, that I sent a link for. just my .02 cents

No way it's 30 PSI, unless you are running a single mikuni main jet for a pisser

I wouldn't use it, it gets soft when heated from the water.

when testing the flow control valves with popoff gauge i never saw over 18psi. This can obviously vary greatly depending on how your lines are run to the pump and where you have them entering from and going out, how many splits and do you restrict to your stinger. I would count on 30 psi and hope you never get a sea shell stuck in an outbound side as I have done. Thet will increase the preasure in other areas as well.

Id say around 120 degrees or so
