How thick to make a carbon fiber exhaust tube

I am getting ready to fab up mine and was wondering how thick others had made theirs. My thought was to be about .050". It will be a vacuum bagged layup two layers of 5.6oz one layer of 9.2oz and final layer will be 6oz tube wound carbon.

Any opinion from people experienced with this would be most appreciated. Thanx

The carbon exhaust tube that came with my freak is about an 1/8" if it's any help
