Other How to install a limiting strap?

I have never ran a limiting strap. The pole on my new ski has no stop and overextends so I bought one from Jetmaniac. I'm staring at the thing almost clueless realizing I have never really seen one set up either.

Pics of your setup or any help is appreciated!

One end of rope attachs on dash other end on pole and bungee goes down by pole bracket

I drilled a hole in the aluminum part of the pole (just don't do it down the center!!) and used an eye bolt, per KR lines instructions. I know some are opposed to eye bolts, but I'm not throwin flips off of waves .
