How to set carburetors 48mm

Somebody help me. How to set carburetors 48mm for freestyle. My Superjet engine is Dasa 970cc. I want to know, how to set low speed high speed, needles valve and how many pressure (psi)?

I built this engine and setting with my friend. I just fill like not good enough power for this engine. I thing is because of carbs setting. Somebody help me please.
