Hurricane c2 hull questions

Currently have a 2019 superjet with bpipe and blowsion Over the pivot steering but now very happy with how the ski turns. Coming from a old SXI PRO hull that I loved but now wanting to get into the world of custom hulls and would like to pull off some back flips, any thoughts on the hurricane and what to expect riding one?

I've got 2 hurricanes. Ones glass and beat to death and the other is a heavier carbon layup that's solid. If you're a gorilla thrasher like me that beats the crap out of his stuff, they break like anything else.

Looking for info on a 2018 hurricane c2 hull, cannot find any online, looks like hurricane industrys is no longer in business?
I had a glass C1 and now own a carbon C3.. well built hulls and they ride great. Hurricane Industries is no longer building hulls to sell but if you have any questions the Ski Clinic may be able to help. I beat my hulls pretty good and they are holding up great!

I'm not positive on the differences between the hulls.. I'm guessing 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, and 3rd Gen. Newer improved models. I comparing them to Krash and Rickters depends what style of riding you're doing.. Rickter is definitely the superior brand for build quality. Krash has some decent surf hulls but i would say hurricane is definitely better for freestyle.

Contact Derrick Sr. at The Ski Clinic, he was the one that started hurricane industries and his son took it over. Unfortunately, Hurricane Industries is no longer; however, Sr. knows all there is to know. I am a little biased as I have worked for The Ski Clinic and Hurricane Industries but they build amazing hulls and I have had no problems. I had a Bob Gen 3.5 and now I have an Eclipse, I loved absolutely both! I know multiple people that have Hurricane C1, C2, and C3 and they love them with no problems. Talk to The Ski CLinic for exact specifics, but you will not be disappointed with the purchase.

Didn't see your last question about Krash and Rickter. Krash is a surf ski, anyone that says any different has either swapped the powerplant or not a freestyle rider. Hurricane can be a surf and freestyle ski, that's how they built them. The hurricane C2 is a little bit more designed for freestyle but it can also be a boat chaser or a surf ski. As for Hurricane compared to Rickter that is a hard question. I prefer Hurricane as I am a part of the Ski Clinic and Hurricane team, but the facts are it depends on what model Rickter. The hurricane skis are much lighter than the Rickter skis and in my opinion, they hold up more but that's just me.
