Super Jet I have a cylinder with portwork, how do i know how much and is it freestyle?

hey guys i bought this sj without really knowing the truths or history of it. the guy told me tim judge did some mild port work on it when he worked for riva(im assuming he did) . the ports are chamfered and it looks really clean but how do i know if its freestyle porting. I took it apart because it ate a ring and needs topend. the front of the cylinder has riva cast carved in it and a few number/ leters in te back of it. since i have it all apart i was either going to reuse this cylinder the way it is, port it more using templates or start with stock. i was told that stock distance from top of sleeve to top of exhaust port was 39.5mm these are around 38.5 which i was told was still good for freestyle port. look at pics and let me know what you think all ports have been chamfered including transfer ports. no knife edging on begining of transfer ports and bottom of sleeves on intake side are un altered. is there certain things i can measure to know what im dealing with here. any help is appreciated
