I shouldn't do this , the bottom feeder in me doesn't want to tell you but there is an add-on for firefox called "craigslist image pre-fetcher". It can do radius search WITH image previews in ONE LIST! oh and it has hover previews too. As close to craiglook as you can get but it doesn't have the email notification feature

you can also use....www.crazedlist.org to search huge areas.

CraigsPro+ for iPhone. Can search the whole US Metro, save searches and even have an RSS feed for hits. I use it to find most of my deals.

Yes I know about the other search tools but they are such a pain to scroll through quickly with image previews.
