I smoke for exercise

I have found that inhaling and exhaling cigarette smoke exercises my lungs a good bit. Yeah Yeah, I read the warning and I am nont pregnant so who cares. LOL I also drink 12 Sun Drops per day which contain 100 calories(which provides insulation), 30mg of sodium to help my blood pressure, 51 grams of carbs to help with insulation and 49 grams of sugar to keep me bouncing off of the walls.

I also stick with a similar diet gill, however i like to add a dab of vodka and a bottle or 2 of wine in the mix......along with a bit of unprotected sex........

i went from 205 to 165 during my ordeal. Not too bad...but if i had to do it again i would try to opt out of the scars. oke:
