Super Jet installed vforce3 and cannot find proper jetting

hi all.
just installed vforce3 and start to have hesitation when pull from idle to full wide open.
before it was run great but I'm open to changes
the motor- stock 62t\61x, 46sbn single, vforce3, b pipe, mad enhancer, ada head 37cc domes.
my jetting is- 140 main, 125 pilot, 2.5 s\n , 21psi pop off, 7\8 low needle, 1 3\4 high needle.
ended up today - 140 main, 125 pilot, 18psi pop off, 1 1\2 low speed, 2 1\2 high speed.
i tried few combinations today but didn't get it to have a crisp throttle just off idle.
tried to lower pop off to 18psi.
tried to open high speed from 1 1\2 to 2 1\2 turns out
tried to open low speed from 1 to 2 turns out.
i didn't get it to run right. while i tried to adjust i found that i may need bigger main jet because it felt like much stronger when i opened the high speed adjuster.

anyway, someone have some jetting to suggest for me?

are you sure that you don't have an air leak? reeds should not require re-jet

With a pop off that low I would imagine fuel is dribbling into the carb throat.

yes
i can check it with carbo spray.
by the way its a very small hesitation and only when i pull very fast from idle its like small moment until it starts accelerate

i rejet my ski today and i found the best result with a 2.0 seat needle.
is it ok or 2.0 n\s its too small? i may have problems if i run it like that?
the jetting for now is- 145 main, 125 pilot, 1 turn low needle, 1 1\2 turn high needle, 21psi pop off.

We had a big problem with new VF reed last summer. Was an leak in the screwed plasticcage.

Turn the low out a half turn and see if it goes away. Sounds like it's leaning out.

Try a larger pilot (135).

Typically a 1/4 turn on the low screw will solve the issue
