Blaster Intake grate...which one? Does anyone have one that needs a new home?

Hi everyone! I'm throwing the blaster back together and figured it is time to replace the grate. I have a two bar setup now.

My ski is making a little more power than stock. It's a 61x with West coast wet jet intake and head. Im set up for around 180. 46mm wetjet mikuni carb. Ocean Pro Vortex flame arrestor. Factory B pipe limited. Skat 12-17 big hub set back 3mm. I'm sure I missed something, check out my build thread "Blaster Project" for more details.

I ride on a lake with a little chop from time to time. The altitude is a little above 4000'.

I don't know if you can say I have a riding style, unless a being a hack is a style. I guess recreational riding, some bouys, and jumping boat wakes would cover it.

I'm looking to get your input on the best intake for my setup. Thanks in advance for your help!

worx or jet dynamics. I had/have both. Like both. less scrub off top speed with worx. IMO. There's other decent ones out there. ask around on facebook 93-96waveblaster page.

Which Worx grate did you have? 205 or 201?

Do you know which Riva grate you have? Does it scrub a lot of speed and feel like you're hitting the brakes when you let off the throttle?

I ran a worx 201 before the Riva. The thing I didn't like about the worx is it felt like you slammed on the brakes when you let off the throttle. The Riva not so much. If you decide on a Riva, the SJ top loader will not work on a B1. You will have to find one made for the B1.

Ok thanks for the heads up! I thought the superjet and blaster grates were the same. I've heard the 205 hooks good but doesn't have the braking effect.

I thought the same thing so I bought a Riva SJ grate and it just didn't work. You have to look around for a B1 top loader.
I went from a 201 to a 228 (08+) and I like it much better. It doesn't have the braking effect but it doesn't hook as well as the 201. It's a trade off I guess.
