Super Jet Is it evil to use a blaster for parts?

I have read about people using parts from a B1 to build out a superjet. Now I find myself in the same position.

I need a engine, pump and misc parts. Buying them separately will cost more than just using a B1 I picked up this fall for cheap. I was planning on keeping the B1 as it is a fun ski, but I need the parts.
I cannot help but feel bad about wanting to part it out. Am I going to Ski HEII? :puppy_dog_eyes:

I saw some white trash dudes hacking up a blaster just yesterday with a sawzall....it was a fiberglass(er...smc?) bloodbath. Hack that Blaster up "No Pole...No Soul!"

buy a vxr pro to gut. keep or sell the blaster whole.

A nice clean blaster goes for anywhere from 1500-2500 here in the spring depending on the mods or if its stock.

Its stock. They don't go for that much here. Probably $1200 in the spring.
I have been keeping my eye open for a while, not any good sources of a 701 around here lately and I am getting antsy to finish this build.

Save the blaster, donate parts or find me a donor! LOL.

I wouldnt feel bad, just dont tear it up so someone can rebuild it and give it a second chance. Hell, I gutted my SN at the end of this past summer to build my fx-1, and im already thinking of what I want to build next, so if it makes you feel any better i'll probably be gutting an fx-1 in the next year or so, lol.
