Im just wondering if anybody knows if there is a warranty on RRP Poles the piece that holds the chin pad broke off and i haven't even had it for a year yet.....

i feel certain they will make it up. go to the rrp web site and click on the contact us tab and send them an email. that worked for me when the big name company i bought mine from gave me the run around and wouldnt stand behind it.

Amazing job of ripping off rrp!

if you study the website you will see that they are a massive improvement of the rrp billet top and bottom not cast so wont crack
triangular strut on each side of top for reinforcement
built in chin pad support (billet)
steering cable clamping system to reduce stress on that expensive cable

and for roughly the same price for a far superior product

You act like rrp doesn't offer a billet pole they offer both. just people choose cast or there budget does.

they only offer a billet pole because the likes of titan and bun are billet

That may be true, but they are still the original creator and you can't fault the people who chose to not support the knockoffs, regardless of improvements. How many aftermarket hulls are either splashes of the superjet or SXR's or hybrids thereof? Notice what I ride? I reward creativity and ingenuity.

no its not my product. but they brought the billet rrp out after the bun and titan

besides its good that more companys are bringing out more jetski products good for eveyone right?

in2h20 i dont blame you for getting a matrix they are awesome from what ive seen

I think its ok and I preferr competetion, its good for business, and the possiblity to choose from different products, its still up to the customer choice what they buy...

believe me if there would be an alternative to FP pipe with same or better performance and equal price ....

PS the MATRIX would be my choice too.....with Titan pole looool

It's all good for the industry, just seems kind of arrogant to knock the company responsible for the innovation in the first place. The titan is an excellent product and can stand on it's own merit.

its great how many hulls are out there at the mo too' gives people alot of choice and encourages sellers to offer better customer service than their competition

lol, just after I typed that i started thinking about the advent and Epic...maybe I should retract my statement...

In these cases I don't ever bother the manufacturer. All they'll do is send you an identical piece like what failed in the first place and you are back to square one. I'd custom fab a slotted piece that bolts to the handpole and will not ever break again. The rest of the pole is good so just improve that one point and be done with it, just remember it for the next time you are in the market for a new pole.
