Super Jet Is this a bad starter?

The SJ won't start. The starter motor spins fine off the ski, although it feels a bit weak. Once I install it I get at best a one second crank, then the relay will only click when I hit the button. It's a new battery with new JSS starter and battery cables. Is this likely the starter, or could a bad relay do this as well?



Edit: Disregard. It's definitely the starter.
