Jet Tags Hull! - Game Changer

here at Jet Tags we have been working on a hull that is going to change the game. Freestyle jet skiing will be different as we know it. We are excited to bring you a jet ski with a cover on it. I will be unveiling it later on today. (It's Labor Day weekend and this is a union shop) after our barbecue.

I did a quick model last night .. It's not based on any jet ski hull. I had a Superjet in mind, but I never looked at any photo. I could replicate a pretty good model if I could get blueprints of a stand up jet ski. I searched and couldn't find anything so I kind of just went with it.

It's not perfect .. I think the model is pretty good, but I need to work out printing settings. I rushed through this so it looks a little crappy.. Some sanding and paint and these would look awesome!

Look closely - it's got a front foothold. The handlepole also moves. I used paneling nails as a handlebar/pole bolt.

The chin pad definitely needs a bit of work.
The top deck is glued crooked. All that work and I glue the damn thing crooked. haha

That would be easy if rickter would allow me use of their technical drawings or if they have a 3d model available.

I have a place that laser cuts acrylic for me all the time.. It would cost very little to have a nice acrylic display stand made. I just ordered the cement for a different project.

The Balduccimoto/Jet Tags maker zone. Lulzbot TAZ 5, custom plexiglass enclosure, full access door, remote electronics, upgraded stepper heat sinks/cooling fans, reinforced extruder housing, remote printing with adjustable webcam, brand new extruder (courtesy of my brother breaking stuff again) yada yada.. Here is a sky view of the lab.. You didn't think I just make HIN tags and hamster skis did you?

Yeah I had it changed because although my previous name was a funny Xbox gamer tag, it wasn't too professional lol. Im officially launching those tail tidy in a few weeks .. I became a dealer for a LED supplier that makes killer bright LED strips and i'm waiting on a large order.

I may start making these as a kit that you can assemble. You glue the decks together and all the components .. A bit of sanding and maybe some spray paint and you can have a cool piece for your desk, garage, or your wife's china cabinet. Some stuff looks deformed on the original one because I printed all the components at once and that caused some difficult (no time for previous layer to cool down). Let me see what I can do with prices and improving the original version. I'll do one the right way this time so you can get an idea of the finished product.
