Most of you guys I am sure have heard of jet renu, well basically they are specialized in motorsports cleaning products. (www.jetrenu.com) or Instagram: Jet.Renu
I decided to order their products not of large value (100$ or so) and get it shipped to Kuwait. I was given special "rider" discount and very fast response through email. Everything was extremely smooth and always informed on when it would ship out.
2 weeks pass by and no tracking updates. It was showing the same location for quite a while. No sign of package and guess what I was given 3 days time. If package would not arrive, I would be refunded in full. 3 days go by, I did not receive it yet and I was refunded in full. Its out of jet renu's control if it ships to me safely,gets lost or it is late but they still took very good care and refunded me.
I eventually got the package with the products after a few days. I emailed back asking to pay for what I recieved and this is what I got as a reply.
"Hi Paolo,
I am so happy that your products arrived safely!
I do not want payment from you because it has been a long heartache of waiting. Enjoy the product and hopefully you will have a very nice review to give us.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding through it all in the end."
Even after I receieved products they did not accept the payment. This really shows how professional they are, its the customer before the $. Unfortunately some companies do put $ before the customer.
