Jh750 vs js750

Hey everybody! I am new to modifying skis and made a big mistake (maybe). My current motor (js750) is shot. I found a replacement and ordered it prematurely i guess. When it arrived its a jh750. Looks damned near the same except the flywheel cover so far. I have my js750 still and can pull and use parts from it. Wondering if the stator assembly is swapable? Anyone with any further information would take some worry out of my mind! Thanks in advance!

All external parts will interchange on a 750 engine......

They had a small pin crank - 92-95
and 95-later are a big pin crank.

Cranks and cases between the two will not interchange.

Thanks for the replies! I have a shot '92 js engine stock and bought a '94 jh engine. Looks like just reuse the stator, flywheel and rest of assembly and will work fine!

I have a 93' JS750. Looking for new rub rails/bumper, turf and pads. Does anyone know a good website to purchase these items? and can you buy new pads or is it easiest just to cover the old pads with new vynil?

Turf is better IMO you have no Grip on the vinyl. Shop around when it comes to turf, you can pickup irregular pieces on the Cheap some times.
