I am new to the site and new to stand ups and i just bought a kawi js 550 I got it running and took it out riding today I did not have a fire extinguisher cap so i decided to put it in the engine compartment. (one of the dumbest things i have done)It rubbed on something and a hole was rubbed through it. It got powder everywhere and now it will not start.It got powder in the intake on the carb and in through the cab and i think into the motor. I was just wondering if any of you guys have done this before and what you would do. Also how do you know if you have water in your engine and if so is their a drain? Thanks any advice appreciated.

Take out the spark plugs and try to start it for a few seconds. It should blow some of the water out that might be in the engine.

good lord that sounds like a big problem my guess is ur gonna have to tear her down and clean it out
