hey guys i havea problem with my ski, ive benn practicing subs and been getting good at them but i always have to beach my ski and shopvac water out of it, i know there is a bilge built in but im not sure if it is working i blew out the lines to that but the water seems to stay, and now im looking to put an aftermarket bilge in it , anyone have any tips on where and which kind of pump i should get and what other things i would need and how to install it, thanks

You can get them from walmart they have a pretty small versital one for a decent price.ur gonna have to drill a hole and get some kinda spout and seal it real nice.I got a pull throttle with a switch already built into it.u need something so u won't get zapped when it gets wet

The walmart ones go out. I've gone through a couple. I only use rule bilge pumps now. They hold up much better and have a much better mounting base. Just get a toggle switch with a rubber covering from lowes of home depot or something. You will need about a foot and a half of 3/4" hose to run from the bilge pump to the outlet. You will need a 3/4" outlet that you can get at West Marine or somewhere similar. You will need to trim the base so it will sit on the bottom of the curved hull. Use a two part epoxy to glue it down and your set.
