js550 torque chart

I have a js 550 1987, i just had the head milled. I am told there is a certain sequence to sealing the head properly with out cracking it. Does any one have an old manual or know the sequence? HELP!!

start in the center and work your way out in a criss cross pattern. torque to 15 ft lbs. then to go around again at 18 lbs.

HA! the guy at the shop where it was milled told me, "hey my boy, torque er' to 3lbs . " and i was thinking, three pounds? are you drunk?
