good or bad? I haven't been to actually visit the city in years. Just go up there to see my Redskins play sometimes. I hope to get season tix in the next few years.

we had a GREAT time. saw so much! all the memorials, monuments, museums, etc. we saw washingtons house, out at mount vernon, library of congress, capitol building, and so much more.

i think my favorite, was the arlington cemetary, and changing of the guard.

cool man. I used to hunt the farm in Lively, VA about 100 north of vb where George Washington's mother was born. The house still stands, after well over 200 years! :Eyecrazy:

BTW I haven't forgot about those motor mounts I told you I'd get. I have a friend with litterally truckloads of kawi parts that he said I can go through soon. I'm going to see what he has first. Hopefully, some nice props are in there :hail: If you're interested in buying some inventory, he's looking to sell. He wants the whole lot gone & there's not much I need, so I won't take much.

He's about 2 hours away, but I'll start a list. I won't go until a week or 2 from now. I did the same thing btw, but when I reinstalled them last week, I put teflon paste in them all, as recommended by many of the wavejunkies.

Agree! My daughter and I love DC also. Our faves are the Natural History Museum and the National Museum of Art. We'll be going back again this summer to do the National Zoo and visit Tai Shan, the Panda.

Last time we were there it was the 4th of July and we watched fireworks over the Capitol Building from the top of Union Station. Awesome site!:usa2:
