SX/SXi/SXi Pro just picked up a new (to me) 750sx

i went out today and bought a 94 750sx anything i should know before i go out for a week at lake mead with it? what mod are good for it for the surf? im planing on getting 0* bars a finger throttle i wanna returf and i want foot hold. any help would be appreciated!

looks sooo good thats what i wanna do to mine but with summer almost here idk if i can do the footholds just yet dont wanna loose any riding time. maybe a week off work to do so but we will see. but i definetly like the way yours came out thats exactly how i wanna do mine. i think im gonna order the umi 0* bars today with the finger throttle and HT the chin pad and take off the haggard purple stickers on mine.

Just put your stock bars in a vice and bend them to a 0* cheap and easy mod

Switching from the 0 degree umis to that setup made me hate my 750 a lot less.

I'm not sure what stress points you're referring to, and personally I don't care too much what a specific mod looks like if it works well, especially if it's as cheap as the straight bar setup I hacked together. After all it's still an old POS no matter how much money you throw at it

that is true ahha will see if i dont get them buy tuesday then might have to straighten them out myself, how long should a limit strap be? i have no clue about stand ups whats so ever never even ridden one. so if theres stupid questions dont mind them.

The pole limiter? You want the pole to almost be at full extension when the rope gets tight. I get my rope from a local climbing store, they sell waaaayy better stuff than you get at a hardware store.
