Kawasaki 1100 with gp1200 carb jetting

Hows it going guys. Looking for some help figuring out the jetting for my hydrospace s4.
Motor setup:
Kawaski zxi 1100cc
Stock bore
Ada head @ 150psi
Temp senser jump for timing advance
Stock exhaust with dry pipe mod
V-force 3 reeds
900 intake manifold ported
Rhaas conversion plate
Gp1200 carb rack with A/M filters, choke delete, and primer bulb

Carbs have all been gone through. Ultrasonic cleaned, oem rebuild kits, new needle and seats, ext. All parts are brand new.
Current jetting:
135 main
115 pilot
2.0 needle and seat
115g spring
32psi pop off
L- 1 1/4
H- 3/4
@ sea level

The ski fired right up and seemed to have good throttle response while on the trailer backed into the water. Took it out for its first test and it ran good all the way through the rpm range. Once i go full speed and then let off for a corner and try to get back on it it sounds like it loads up and hesitates. Then i have to ease back on the throttle. Plugs looked lean after the first couple WOT tests and i ended up adjusting the high speed screw out to 2 1/4. Also i noticed that it takes a couple secinds for the rpm to return to idle when letting off the throttle. Im thinking my pop off might be to low. I beleive that the oem gp1200 carbs came with 70psi pop off from the factory. I have aftermarket filters and no chock so i will need to be lower than 70psi but my current 32 psi seems low. Does anyone have some advise or jetting specs from there setup.

If you are loading up after letting off the throttle that is a classic sign of low pop off pressure.

Sounds like low pop off pressure to me. Put it on the trailer, take off the cleaners, go WOT and let the throttle slam. See it it’s leaking raw fuel from your Venturi. I can’t give you jetting specs but I’m almost certain this is a fuel pressure/pop off issue under deceleration.
