Kawasaki 650 to 750

I am in the middle of swapping a 750 squatter engine and electronics into my 650sx hull. I am having issues with the electronics and wondering if anyone has some insight on how to mount the ebox. The squatters ebox is huge and I don't think I can make it fit. I have the old 650 ebox but don't think that will work with the new electronics either. Has anyone dealt with this?

I ran 650 electronics on my 650/750 conversion x2. All you have to do is cut and tap the cases for the 650 stator. The 650 fly wheel is lighter than the 750 fly wheel also.

You can strap the 750 couch ebox to the fuel tank where the oil tank once was. The better plan is to track down a 750 standup ebox though.

EDIT: Now that I read your post again, you have a 650SX, not an X2. I'm not sure if it'll fit like that in your hull. Sorry!

A 750sx E-box will fit perfectly mounted flat over the battery. You will need to make a bracket or box around the battery. A stock twin carb flame arrestor is too big. A 650 stator and cdi will work ok for low port 750SX cylinders.

On my 650 i cut the top of the oil tank off and the 750 box fits in it and can use stock strap to hold it in place
